I lost my SIM card. Can I move my old number to a new SIM?

Yes. Just call Customer Service and we can arrange for your old number to be moved to a new SIM card. You may be asked security questions in order to verify that you are the account holder.

How do I configure my mobile data?

How do I activate my voicemail?

To activate your voicemail, press *135# on your phone and then press call.

I have forgotten my PUK-code, how can I get a new one?

You can find your PUK-code on the back of your SIM-card holder that you recieved in your starter pack. If you did not save your PUK-code, contact our costumer services. They're happy to help.

What does the Vectone Mobile starter pack contain?

The starter pack contains a Vectone Mobile SIM-card and an information panflet that will help you get started.

How can I check my Vectone number?

By dialing *105# followed by the call button your number will show on your screen. 

How do I transfer my current phone number to Vectone Mobile?

You can choose to keep your phone number and use it with your new Vectone Mobile SIM. To do so, just print the number transfering form, fill it in and send it to us. We will take care of the rest. 

Can I have the same Vectone number on several SIM-cards?

Unfortunately it's not possible to have the same number on several SIM-cards.

Where can I top-up?

You can buy multifunctional vouchers in stores that carry the Vectone logo. You can also top-up on our website with a creditcard. You just have to register your info on My Vectone to access your account info and be able to top-up online. 

How do I check my balance?

By pressing *102# followed by the call button your balance will appear on your phone's screen.
You can also check your balance online by simply logging in to My Vectone.

I forgot my login info for My Vectone - how do I get a reminder?

No worries, we can send you a reminder. Just click here: 'Forgot your password?' and fill in your Vectone mobile number and the e-mail you used at registration.
